DISHONEST!

I have always stuck to the policy of honesty. I booked a taxi ride from my home in Cary to RDU airport a week in advance for a confirmed fixed price of $15. The driver came on time, put the meter on and started driving. Total bill was $22. I was told its 9 miles but my house is 6 miles from the airport. I was never told it goes by meter. We had already agreed on a flat rate of 15 and clarified this several times on the phone. Its not about the money here. Its just being deceptive and dishonest. I will for sure not be using these guys again. They were punctual and I had nothing to complain about service per say but the dishonesty part really annoys me.
