Dar-Tech

I called Dar-Tech to help with a problem with a workstation. They arrived nicely dressed and professional. Before I knew what was happening my server was not working. I wasn't getting email. After many hours I was asked for data backup tapes, because the server had crashed. There wasn't a problem with the server before just a desktop pc. We lost weeks of work and had to hire another company to get us up and running. And still I got a bill for 2 employees at 8 hours at $125 an hour and nothing was fixed just made worse. $2000 for nothing and all Frank Jaeschke would do is say that there were preexisting problems. Dar-Tech is not a respectable company. Be ware. We are still finding data problems that we did not have before they came. Their one employee, Les, is OK, but the other two, Frank and Steve, are INCOMPETINT. They've costs us tens of thousands of dollars.
