We have a bandage for a roof
For the past 2 holiday seasons, 13 months
Attached are photos of the large workroom - wet, soggy and moldy

It leaked the day after installation. From 530 screws into a large work/storage room. It sits stagnant

We did RD Herbert a favor & removed the previous roof. On the date of installation RDH did not show up and did not call. Materials were not ordered. For 2 weeks it was a nightmare trying to keep a very large, roofless room dry, through rains, and having electrical problems.

The manager, Righter, threw flimsy plastic sheeting on it & screwed it in. His guys said that a branch falling would easily break it. Reviewers condemn this construction as deficient and inferior, unable to withstand rain, hail, or a falling branch.

Righter used threatening tones to get us to accept the faulty construction. Said he'd fix it with glue and caulk. A roof! Otherwise, he said for us to supply new roofing material. Does your plumber tell you to diagnose the problem and to supply the proper materials?

8 months later the president, Sutton, said he would replace the roof. That he wanted a satisfactory solution. He assured us of this very many times. Then, did almost nothing.

This has been a 13 month nightmare of leakage & not being able to use many areas of our home.

After 5 months with no plan in sight and Christmas coming, we demanded an immediate plan for a watertight roof.

Sutton responded that since we are not satisfied, he is dumping our project on us.

Not one viable solution has come from RDH.
Who would find a complete lack of progress satisfiable in any way?

We thought that RD Herbert was good for its word.

Apparently the Herberts wouldn't have allowed this to happen.

Attached photos show: wet floor from leakage; mold in the roof panels; water and bubbles between the panels; drips on the ceiling; screws dislodging; and, a bucket with leakage.

A large, flat, single pitch, translucent, lightweight, strong roof is needed.
