Windows For Less

My husband and I selected this company to install siding and new windows for our house. We love the windows, that was the easy portion of this project. There are two areas in which the siding was incorrectly installed, and two other areas where the crews didn't completeply install trim to prevent material from sagging. We are STILL waiting for Scott to fix the siding errors and complete the other areas. My husband paid Scott in full and we upheld our end of the contract and Scott refuses to hold up his part of the contract. Now, Scott and his Construction Supervisor, David, won't return our calls. When David met with me so I could point out the workmanship defects with the siding, he even stated, "I knew there would be problems with the siding install since the crew was new, but I'll come back and correctly install the siding. I'll make this right." That conversation occurred over two months ago. Guess we'll sue Scott so we can hire a reputable company to correct these errors. See you in court Scott. I wouldn't recommend "Windows for Less" (Carthage Mo) to anyone.
An update: Scott finally sent a new construction supervisor, Jim M. to fix the errors in the siding and completed the job. Jim arrived on time and worked a few hours at our house and did a great job. I'm glad I am done with Windows for Less. Scott, I hope you appreciate Jim McMillen

Had a great experience with windows for less, The price is great, and I love my new windows, easy to clean, and my energy bill has improve at least 40%. The guys that came
out to install were clean friendly, and very professional.
They cleaned up, and I didn't have to do anything.

I had a great experiance with windpws for less the guys that came out were fast and didnt leave me a mess to clean :) and i love the windows i have very happy with my choice !
