Cartersville Jewelry Exchange

Cartersville Jewelry is the biggest rip off I've ever seen. paid 3k for my set, first ring, diamonds fell out 7 times and we had to get them fixed theyre excuse was bc we had it sized so made us exchange it for a new ring which I adored (never sized) 1 month after getting it a diamond fell out called all the #s their managers gave me and they REFUSEto give us his money back so we could go to a different store Ive had this ring six months and this is the 4th time a diamond has fallen out theyre excuse Its bc I wear it to bed.. I've had it back 2 weeks from the last time and yesterday guess what? We noticed another diamond was missing I'm beyond mad as a ring like this is meant to last a lifetime my wedding ring is something I cherish Its meant to last a lifetime and even be passed down yet I'm not gonna have that chance bc theyre the worst jewelry store ever and refuses to do anything but exchange my ring, my ring which should have never had to be exchanged in the first place
