I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. There should be a crime for anyone as ignorant and with so much stupidity to start any business!!!

I called wanting to know about their grooming services. I explained to them it's my first puppy, recently got the puppy two weeks ago and I really don't know much about grooming, etc. The idiot on the other end wanted to make the conversation about the puppy's shots. Which I explained to her the puppy has had shots and he's due for a couple more next week. She begin to ask the same question over and over again. After I told why is this call about his shots and not about the services? Then she hung up on me! WOW! If someone calls tell them their knowledge is limited in regards to grooming, caring for pet, etc. It's your job to educate them instead of cross examining the clueless pet owner.

After all I'm not the expert! I don't groom dogs for a living and this is my first dog. It's your job to explain why you are asking about their shots and the importance of a puppy having shots prior to any grooming services. I would highly suggest staying away from this company!! Very unprofessional
