I get that it's a restaurant & there are customers eating there. But, it is very annoying when I have to repeat my order over & over more than 4 times. Then I get hung up on because they can't hear me over the customers.
That is very ridiculous & unprofessional! They should, like many other restaurants, have another phone line located in a quiter location, like the office.
When I made that suggestion to them, I was met with extreme in difference. I was made to feel like it was my problem & not there's.
