I too was treated poorly by Dr. Pincock. He did not fully explain why he was prescribing medications, and became angry and condescending when I asked for him to elaborate. He ended up walking out of the room, without finishing the exam or answering my questions. After a forty minute wait just to see him for less than ten minutes, I will definitely not be returning.

I read a few bad reviews on Dr Pincock so I was honestly worried at first. He's not the type to give ya a hug or anything but he wasn't rude at all. I thought he was actually very nice. He's there to do a job- not make friends. Secondly-I had no issues getting pain medicine to take home ( which I had also read). The procedure was quick and not as bad as I had thought it would be after. The front desk staff seems distracted though. No phone call to remind me of appt or tell me I shouldn't eat before hand or that I needed someone there in the office for the entire procedure....but I was able to work those out. She also way over quoted me. But they are nice :)

Dr. Pincock was not only rude and condescending, but started the procedure before I was even fully sedated, when I told my mother about this afterward he continued to make gestures behind my back like I was making everything up. After this completely unsatisfying visit,I was picking shards of tooth and bone out of the socket for months.
