Robert was extremely kind, professional, smart, & a good listener. I had been on the phone most of the afternoon to no avail. I was fortunate to get Robert on the phone & he made a suggestion for my problem that no one else I had spoken to nor myself had thought of.
I cannot thank him enough. I would be so pleased if you would commend him in a way that matters. He deserves it, I believe. He certainly is an exemplary employee to have!!! I would definitely use your auto services in the future.

Called before going in to see about a smog test. Being from a different area, it was required for me. Bob was right to the point when we got there and let us know about what was required and not required. Super efficient and quick. Loved his no-nonsense attitude. We'll definitely go back for other services.
