Total Transportation

This has been the worst delivery service experience that I have had to deal with. They do not offer delivery into your building and will take your belongings without properly communicating or explaining their services. I was promised delivery into my building which they refused, and then left with my furniture without rescheduling or telling me what was going on. I would NEVER recommend these services to anyone. I am so unhappy with the way that this delivery went and I still do not have my furniture.

HORRIBLE!! Do yourself a a favor and NEVER use this company for your shipping needs, especially if you want satisfied customers. This delivery company showed up to our offices to deliver a conference table, the driver did not want to off load the pallet. He then stated he would put it on the "curb", I showed him my invoice that I paid to have inside delivery and he still refused. I contacted customer service and their dispatch, they called teh driver and informed me that another driver/help was encounter to help him bring it inside. After disconnecting with his company the driver stated that he would not wait. I got back on the phone with the company and while on the phone the driver asked me if I had a dolly, I told him no. While still holding to speak with the company, the driver drove off with out conference table still on his truck. Called and spoke tp customer service, dispatch and "supervisor" who then told me they still would not deliver our table inside. After being hung up on while telling them I'd rather wait for them to contact their driver to let him know to bring our table back, the supervisor seem to not know how to contact his driver. I now have to request a refund from the company and pray that I never run across this company should I ever order and have to items shipped to our building. This shipping/delivery company's solution is to have the driver return with my items but they still refused to honor the inside delivery which is already paid for. Spoke with the manufacturer who confirmed that they have used this company before and they have provided inside delivery and not had pervious issues with inside deliveries.too ther customers. The driver seemed very frustrated that we didnt know/speak Spanish.
