Mike and his sister (sorry, unable to remember her name) know customer service. Mike greeted me with a handshake. This will not be my last time visiting their shop. I'm glad I came across their site in the Local Guides. I could have taken my clock to someone in Irving, but I've done that in the past, only to return. Mike was able to not only fix the one clock while I stood and watched him, but he never even charged me! That's TRUE customer service. They even have wall clocks for sale, and I'm looking forward to the purchase of one. Great job!

I met these great folks back in the 80's when I moved to Carrollton; Since then, they have done custome design work and many repairs and battery replacements for me. I always can depend on Outstanding Customer Service, a friendly and welcoming store environment and fabulous design work.
