Mary Alice Adeline Tanguay, OD

Dr Mary Alice Tanguay has been my optometrist for ten years. I look forward to my yearly appointments plus the times when I stop by to get my frames adjusted. I am impressed by her professional and gentle care, plus her her warm, welcoming and pleasant greeting each time I visit. I highly recommend Dr Tanguay to anyone looking for an optometrist.

We have used Dr. Tanguay for many years. She has always given all of our family very god care. She has always answered our questions and given us very thorough eye examinations. She was also extremely helpful & patient when we navigated the stressful world of a first time teenage contact lens wearer.

I have had nothing but excellent service with Dr. Tanguay. She is very caring and takes whatever time is needed to make things right. She checks and double checks. If I have had a problem with new glasses, she has even remade them for me. Her exams are very thorough and I would highly recommend her. She and her staff are friendly and very helpful. You can tell they all enjoy their job and do it well. Great Experience!

worst experience ever!

Dr Alice made a mistake in measuring the pd of my eyes, and when I realised it, I called them. The only explanation she gave me is: computer made the mistake! She refused to do anything and asked me to just call my insurance company see if they can make me another one. I mean, if they made the mistake, they should correct it!

Anyway, for you guys, to avoid been in my situation, just don't see her! its a really bad experience!
