I would not recommend using the Glass Doctor of North Texas. They advertise that they have been voted #1 for Customer Service; however, I did not receive award-winning service by any means. They didn't seem to want my business in the first place. I had to follow-up on my bid. They were late in the installation causing me to have to follow-up on when I would receive my glass, etc. When there are any issues with their service they refuse to return phone calls. In my opinion, their service is lacking.
