I have used the services of West Ga. Travel for many years and have always been pleased with my agent, trip, accommodations, and service. In this age of self booking through the many online services it would be tempting to part ways from my personal travel agent but the consequences would be great. I have arrived abroad to check in to my resort and the staff in the foreign land at times will try to put me a lesser quality room and amenities, saying, "oh, you must have booked onlin!" Meaning they can take advantage of loop holes in fine print or lack of proper paper work! To which I say, "no, I have travel agent and here are my forms!" To which they say, "oh!" And back off and politely deliver what my faithful personal agent has guaranteed! Happy travels! Thanks Linda!
