This company by far has the rudest sales person I have ever spoken to in my life. I began my conversation over the phone by inquiring about product availability and cost. The sales person replied to me by asking who I was and why I wanted to know how much their product was. I told her I was a potential customer and she replied in a very snappy and rude tone that they have a lot of competition so she wanted to make sure that I was not someone just calling to get prices. Then I asked if they did screen printing and once again in a very rude and snappy tone she said "We do everything!" I asked her if they did the screen printing in house or did they send them off to have the order fulfilled and once again she made it very clear to me let they do everything! Then she barked at me what did I want? I told her I was looking for someone that could print a company logo onto 10 long sleeve t-shirts that I had purchased and no sooner did the words leave my mouth she cut me off and said that I didn't need those shirts that she sold all the shirts right there in the store. I said well I already have the shirts I'm just needing somebody to print the shirts for me. She wants again snapped back at me that I couldn't print just 10 shirts. At this point I told her that I was a potential customer inquiring about placing an order and from the very get go that she was being very rude to me and that if she were to continue to speak to me in this manner I would take my business elsewhere. At that point she slammed the phone down on me. Looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere. PS this is an actual statement from their own website. (As a new or existing customer, regardless of the size of your order, we have the inventory to fulfill your needs!) Apparently there is a limit on what you can order.
