Unprofessional, non-responsive and poor quality. Seven months waiting on a warranty fix and we had to contact a window manufacturer and make countless attempts to contact Patrick Malloy to move this process along. The Warranty staff barely responds, supervising representative and Quality supervisor ignored all contacts for seven months. Not all builders are created equal. Stay away.
