Milstone Townhomes are old and rundown & outdated with the owners placing "bandaids" on them to make them seem livable. The investors are very unethical and corrupt in their business dealings with customers who decide not to live at these apartments due to unacceptable conditions. The rules are made up on the fly as they see fit. There is nothing in writing to protect the prospective tenant.
