I called and they hung up on me four times, and then on the fifth time they left the phone off the hook. I went up to the store to find that the front end person was sitting in a chair and there were only two cars in the shop, and when I came to the counter the guy just IGNORED ME! I stood there for 3 minuets, then the guy looked up and said " Were fixing to go to lunch, you need to come back in an hour." I'm like WTF! this guy diddnt even ask me what i wanted! So I went to Goodyear in Douglasville and bought a set of MUD TIRES for my JEEP and spent right at 980.00. I hope that GUY at the front counter was not the owner! because NO ONE in my Unit, or Family, or ANY of MY 3 vehicles, will ever see that place again.
