i kno this is the true church of god! the lord sent me here and this is now my home!!THANK THE LORD!!

I had gone to many churches seeking for one that would not "sugar coat" the gospal or tell me that I am ok when I knew my life was a wreck. I was tired of going to a church and never seeing a change in my life that I knew I needed. I was tired of churches just looking for numbers or more money!

Thank God! I found a people who not only want exactly what the Bible teaches, but also live that life. I was amazed at the preaching and the genuine sweetness of the people. I felt welcome from the very beginning!

Through the preaching of God's Word, my heart quickened and I realized that all of my searching for a changed life was not in vain! Christ convicted me of my sin and SHOWED ME HOW TO TURN AWAY FROM MY OLD LIFE! I gave my heart to the great physician, and He made me well. Not only well, but cleansed me from all my past sin! He gave me the grace and strength to live a life each day pleasing to Him...praise God! I do not have to return to the volmit of my sinful life, but can stay clean through and through. I love my new life and the family of God at the Church of God!

God has not only healed my soul, but also physical ailments! He has strengthened. He has given peace and grace. He satisfied all my longings.

my life and family life has truly been changed for the better since I have found the Lord. I found Him here, and meet Him here weekly. The lives of the people are a testimony of His great miracle working power. I am free from sin and love life now that I have found the true meaning of it. God is in this place! It is not Pentecostal, it is Bible based and each service is directly from the Bible, I like that I can follow along and see where the thoughts are coming from and that they all line up in the Bible over and over. I am a changed person, becuase of God's mercy to me. The lives of my brethren strengthen and encourage me in my walk with the Lord. I appreciate this place to worship and share and hear His teachings.

I have gone to many churches and prayed that God would show me where He is. My husband and I went to three different churches each week, and had Bible study with another at one time. But there was no movement from God or change in our lives. One day, we visited the Church of God in Carmichael, upon an invitation, and when I sat down in the pew, I heard His voice call to me ever so clear "Go to my church". And when I gave my heart full to Him and surrendered my own will, it was there and then that He began to work in my life and brought me out of sin and my own way. There is no great life than to understand God's Will for our lives. And I never knew until, like the Bible says, "Let him that hath an ear, hear". And the message of Truth was spoken to me and my life is forever changed and I can KNOW beyond a shadow of a doubt that I can make Heaven my home someday. It's not an insurance policy, it's a personal relationship and a real experience waling with my Lord. I can read along in the Bible and see for myself that this is strictly the Word of God, straight from the Bible, as God intended it to be. I can see and know the Pastor's testimony and life, and his burden is not to be popular among people, but to be exactly what Almighty God would have him to be...a servant, just as we all are. If you're searching for God, I can tell you of a surety, God is in this place and His people meet here.
