Best Friends Pet Care

I loved how they sent me an email with a picture of my dog while I was away on vacation. Also, it was great being able to watch live stream video of the dog play group during the day.

I was in this "Best Friends Pet Care Grooming" i had the worsed cat's grooming ever, i was their client for 4 years. I explained to John (pet stilist) twice how i want the Lion Cut. I droped off my cats at 10:30am and he called me back at 1:10pm to pick them up. When i saw my cats i was in shock. First he didnt even wait for me, which was 10 to 15 min after his call, my cats were disaster. He was supposed to wash them and clean ears which never happened. I will post a picture of my cats if i could. Its not even close to the lion cut, and my cats fur was chopped in random places, with different lengths, all oilyand dirty. And dont think that my cats are wild they are frendly and i never had any word saying that my cats cant be still while they have grooming. Lines was not even and they just refund half of the price. I should of go to different pet grooming, my cats had very big stress. Also, when i told the lady (manager) from that grooming to call him back and finish his job, he didn't answer and didn't call back which was very rude and unprofessional. I think it's disrespectfull to the animals. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE BACK.

They will not walk your dog. Picked up my dog from the kennel and he was severly backed-up (constipated) and had urinated like he had not used the bathroom in a week. I had asked the kennel operator if she had let my dog out to go to the bathroom she replied to me by saying " I have over 200 dogs at my facility, I do not have enough time to walk all of the dogs". The dogs are offered a play package to go out to play and deficate for 10 minutes. The package is very expensive. Walking the dog is part of taking care of a dog just as much as feeding and giving water.
