Nick surrounds himself with the best men in the business creating a team of sub contractors that are professional, highest quality, service oriented with most competitive prices. He specializes in running a smooth project that is enjoyable for all. Nick oversees every detail, troubleshoot, layout and communicates the process to his clients. His office provides prompt and thorough billing making job tracking easy. Nick's communication skills are excellent and he is used to dealing with out of town clients, architects, and decorators.

I build with energy efficient construction methods using green materials when possible. I commonly use recycled lumber for flooring, roof boards, and timbers. I recycle materials for reuse on every project.

I surround myself with organized, experienced, quality, and professional people that bring to the table the complete package. The goal is to complete the project on time and on budget.

Landscaping and Fencing

Landscaping
We just rebuilt a house in Pebble Beach and, a year in advance, planned a house-warming party during the U.S. Open. We gave the job to Nick contingent on his belief he could meet the date. Bottom line, we had a wonderful party with a beautifully completed house and introduced Nick to everyone at the party. My favorite story is me asking Nick if its possible to put in a stairway (about 30 feet vertical) to the upper scenic hill. We were also asking Nick at the last minute (three days to go till the party) to put in a deer fence around the property (1.7 acres) to protect our new landscaping. Nick's response to my stairway request was, "Which do you want by the party, the deer fence or the stairway?" I said, "So, its either or?" He said, "No, its neither". I understood and didn't press it. The next day I went to the property and found two crews, one finishing the fence and the other starting a stairway which was finished in time for the party along with the fence and all of our guests were able to hike up the stairs to see the magnificent view.

Ocean view deck with custom built fire pit, engineered hardwood floors, beautiful stone patios and walls, natural landscaping, lovely cabinetry and marble countertops.
