Icontracted with National Moving and Storage and they subcontracted with these Thief's. They showed at my house and walked around. Then told me that what I had wasn't on their list and I had more stuff than quoted. There would be an additional charge. And also my stuff wouldnt be there until Sunday instead if Saturday. I got on the phonr with National Moving and talked to their sales rep David who said he would straighten things out. That never happened and Express Relocation System's truck just left. I then get atexy stating that I slammed the door in their Foreman's face, which I never did and good luck with my move. Buyer beware!!

Worst moving experience! They qouted low with very nice words and said they are family business and so on, and do everything by themselves. When pick up date came on 6th Sept, then the guy started to talk about what are other extra charges i might need to pay. And my final price went up by 50%. Even worse thing is they never called or replied my call after they pick up. We talked after 2 weeks and they loaded my things that day to ship from NJ to TX. Finally i got my thing after three weeks, 2 weeks they promished. They hired subcontractor to deliver who did not care what happened before. WWhen i call they were rude to say " Do you want your delivery or not?"
MOVING IS ALWAYS DIFFICULT BUT THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST!!!

I was quoted at $2,400 for my 1 bedroom apartment move from Boston to Cali. I was told that this quote was all-inclusive and covered the movers coming into my apartment, disassembling my furniture, taking it to the truck, driving it to my new apartment, moving it into my new apartment from the truck, and reassembling. This was a lie. I was charged $170 elevator fee for the movers having to use my large elevator to get to the 2nd floor (there is also a fee for taking stairs) and I was told that the movers would measure how far of a walk it is from the truck to my apartment, and charge me a fee based on the difference. My cost is already up to $3.7K (that I don't have) and is expected to continue to go up as I will be charged an elevator and "walking distance" fee upon delivery. On top of that, I've been trying to contact the moving consultant for 2 days to get an ETA for delivery so I can notify my apartment complex, and still haven't received a call back.

At first, it was a pleasant experience. Naomi spoke extremely highly of her firm and pushed their DOT certification (this means nothing - every truck that rolls down the road has it). Then the problems started 1.) She calculated a lowball quote, which I stupidly accepted. My move was $2k more. 2.) Halfway through the move they changed their payment policies stating they now charge a 5% credit card fee. 3.) I started calling the "dispatch team" the first week of July asking for an ETA of my belongings (not demanding them, just simply so I could plan). I could not get them to call back. 4.) The driver at drop-off was belligerent, swearing like a maniac. 5.) Some broken items, and boxes labelled fragile were not handled as such.
Overall, this company caused me a lot of stress and provided lackluster service at a high price.

During the process of relocating my family from NJ to FL, we decided to hire Express Relocation Services, a local NJ company. They provided a quote over the phone based on 601 cubit feet (not inventory piece count) with a rate of $3.45 per cubit feet for a grand total of $2073.45. At the time of pick up, they missed initial pick up window of 12pm-4pm on 6/25/2016. First problem. During the loading process, the Foreman said he most likely to use the entire open space on his truck, approx. 1132 cf (5 1/2 lines). I have come to find out, his truck capacity was between 1611-1700 CF. Second Problem. We did not use the entire space. Third problem. We called the offices, We never received a final total from either Liz, Ester or the owner "Leo", Ester stated that our initial estimate did not change. Driver Alex showed up to FL demanding $1893 in cash, otherwise we would never see our belongings, stating that redelivery fee would apply. Leo (the owner) take responsibility for your business.

Worst moving experience ever. They quote $2700 and then the movers come and pack the truck and say its $5600. Paid half there because we had no choice. Delivery was worse. The drivers were late so our building wouldn't let them in past our alloted time. Tried to call back several times to Leo (supposedly the owner) who screams and curses at you on the phone and refuses to work with you. He said the only course of action was to pay him the full amount and then move it ourselves from his storage unit. He is the worst businessman I have ever encountered, and I cannot imaging him staying in business long. If I could give negative stars I would, they dont even deserve 1 star. Also please realize that they do not move your stuff for you, they are a middle man who hires a third party to do it for you. Any reviewing stating otherwise is fabricated.

On Time, professional, accurate estimate. These guys moved my parents from MA to FL for me. Every member of their team from the representative on the phone to the driver of the truck did a great job. The only thing that cost me extra was a TV box. (I added the TV last minute). LIz was great she had answers to all my questions and really made me feel at ease. CALL EXPRESS FOR YOUR INTERSTATE MOVE!!! You wont regret it.

I've had very bad experience with Express Relocation. I've dealt with Kaityn.

The trick they used was packing my goods in a way that it would take more space on a pcikup. I pointed that out to movers and they said this way is better and safer etc. So I let it go.

They overcharged me around $600 for the space only.

When the truck arrived at destination the first thing they asked for money. I wanted to make sure everything arrived but they said they won't start unloading if I don't pay - put me in a position where you have to do what they say (that was not the only time btw). I was surprised to see how much less space is taken in the truck. Fragile items being on the bottom of the stack or upside down.

I called Kaitlyn and she turned into unfriendly and rude person. At the end of the phone call she did not give me a chance to say anything else and hung up..

I paid a lot more for very poor service.

I would not recommend to anyone using this company even if you're on a tight budged.

This is the worst moving company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They constantly lie to you - do NOT believe the sales people. It took 5 days longer to get our belongings and the company will never answer their phones. They told us they don't outsource, which is a total lie - it is NOT a family run business, like they try to make you believe. Your quote will be at least $1000 less than the ending cost. The movers were 6 hours late to pick up our belongings at origination and 12 hours late at the drop-off, which was done at midnight! There is NO organization in this company - they couldn't tell us where our belongings were. They don't work on weekends and if you try to talk to the manager (the owner), he screams at you for 5 minutes and then hangs up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BELIEVE THE SALES PEOPLE. EVERYONE LIES.

This is the worst moving experience of my life. They low balled the cost and did a bait and switch upon the move day. They sent the wrong sized truck after promising a semi. We had to leave 1/4 of the items back at home. They threatened, yelled and screamed over the phone after agreeing to change a delivery time. They threatened to hold our items hostage or sell our belongings instead of helping. We had to call the police. This is a company of crooks taking advantage of an already stressful time in people's lives.

It was like a breath of fresh air to get a decent moving service for a decent price. Express Relocation Systems moved me and my family from New Hampshire to South Carolina in 5 days and didn’t overcharge the service. The service itself was done carefully and with zero problems.

Worst moving company every!!!! They hired subcontractors to move when we specifically asked not to use any & added an additional $1,473 when they already took $1,575. They refused to answer or return any calls after they first picked our possessions. The subcontractors refused to deliver our stuff & calmed he owned company. The police said we have to go to court bc it's a civil matter even tho they technically stole everything. Never use this company!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Customer Service rep gave me wrong information about arrival date of items, wrong contract, cost, payment options. I tried to speak to manager and he felt the company did nothing wrong and that I'm out on my added expenses. Never again!!!!

Though I used Express relocation systems just once but that was enough for them to win my trust. They are one of the finest in business. I am sure that the movers are highly trained and they are well aware of their strengths and weaknesses. Movers knew what they were up to and they knew how to go about the job. They did everything necessary to achieve the best output. I was really happy to have a great move, which was accurate, stress free and within my budget and schedule. I have to admit that the movers worked their heart out and I am sure that they gave their 100%. I liked such commitment and zeal to perform better than anyone else. They are definitely recommended for all kind of moves.

We used Express relocation systems when we moved to New Jersey back in 2013 and were very happy with the service. So of course when we decided to move back to Ohio, we went with Express relocation systems and they did a super job again! They did an outstanding job especially with our jukebox and piano. Overall, we could not have asked for more.

The way movers of Express relocation systems managed to move us to PA from NJ. It was nothing less than a miracle. They arrived on time, did the packing perfectly, moved our belongings before the allotted time and helped us to store everything. At no point of the move, movers looked to be in problem. They are real pros; they know how to get the job done without any kind of botheration.

When I received a quote from Express relocation systems, I compared with the price with many other movers it was clear that they were not the cheapest. But still I decided to hire Express relocation systems because of their reputation. In one sense I decided to play safe. They sent the movers on time. Movers were ready to take on the challenge. They did great to wrap and pack my belongings and were very careful and responsible moving everything. There were many furniture along with some crystal and glass ware which might cause some damages but hats off to the movers of Express relocation systems who did terrific to avoid any kind of unexpected situations. They were worth every single penny.

One of the reasons behind choosing Express relocation systems is that they have a vast area to cover. Usually local moving companies (with all due respect) have very limited offers and man power, so people like us who have many heavy things to move to a long distance and need options are not comfortable with their offers. But Express relocation systems are the people who have everything prepared for every situation I believe. I have a grand piano and a few paintings from auctions so I know I have to be very choosy about the selection. I just cannot go and hire any company. After a lot of discussion with friends and family I finally decided to go for Express relocation systems. I was very concerned about my belongings and so I directly talked to their sales rep Tony about all my requirements and being a fine gentleman he arranged all the possible things that would help for the moving. Good manpower, two large trucks and a very good plan. That moving went all smooth and I was surprised to see their quality of work. Great job guys!

Best company for relocation needs (NJ - NH)

While moving from NJ to NH with a big family and so many delicate and fragile stuff, I was very confused deciding which company to use. After going through many reviews, I shortlisted 3 companies. From the quote it was clear that Express relocation systems asked for the least amount and also agreed to schedule my move at my preferred date. So, I hired this company. They did more than enough to please me. The moving team arrived on time led by Chris, did the packing and loading, made sure the safety of the valuables, walls, floors and carpets. They reached the other end within the schedule and handed over all my belongings in one piece and did not charge more than the estimated price. So, for me, this is the company for relocation needs.

Why don’t you do yourself a favor by using Express relocation systems for your move. I am one of their many regular customers. I have been using them since their early days and I never thought of hiring any other companies because they have always given me the best price and service. These movers are so good that I am yet to find a single weakness of them. So, it would be wise for you to hire them for your move and become a happy customer like me.
