Charlie's Transmission & Auto Repair

Same day service. Brought the truck in on the day he said. He looked at it same day by noon and had the truck fixed by 5pm. Great service.

Recently broke down during Christmas 2014 while traveling through New Mexico from Texas and had Charlie do the repair/replacement on transmission on my truck! He saved the day and got me back on the road in record time. Great service! Very compassionate individual, he and his wife.

We are a couple on holiday in the US and our truck broke a part in the transfer case. Charlie identified the problem immediately and was honest about the fact he couldn't repair our truck immediately due to current workload. He gave me a date when he could do it and true to his word, our truck was fixed on that day. He offered to pick me up and drop me off at our campground. Great service, very friendly. A nice small family run business. Best of all, he was prepared to fix the transmission rather than replace with a rebuilt one like other garages quoted me. That made this by far the best value repair shop in town.

Oh my gosh this is probably the most mismanaged, terrible, uneducated transmission shop I have ever dealt with. this place should be shut down for general purposes. the foolish woman answering the phone has no idea what she is talking about then hangs up the phone in your ear. obviously Charlie is capable of nothing. please respond to me Charlie and I will happy to come to your shop and show you how you should be treated when your help hangs up on you. she must have thought you all messed up another tranny and was avoiding the possibility of you having to pay back money to what would be another unsatisfied customer. DO NOT EVEN CALL THIS JOKE OF A PLACE. Charlie if this angers you then you know just how insulted I was. that woman needs a spanking because she obviously didn't learn anything from her parents.
