They have a "Guaranteed satisfaction" of your order or you could ask for something else! They also have many delicious shakes to choose...

They have seating close to a T.V to entertain children and a great giant vintage train... and the Ruby's workers are dressed as you were in a diner from the 40-50s! It's an awesome place to eat! :D

So, I get evacuated from the fires in the area, and I can't return unused items, in original packages, with a reciept, because I am 5 days past their 15 day return window. I was given a bunch of excuses, which were inconsistent and, put together, didn't make sense, about why the manager could not make the returns and why there is no one else on earth that I can talk to about it.
