I wanted to an opportunity to commend
the Service Manager at Carlsbad Lexus for her outstanding customer service. I was contacted by Ashley who took the time to speak with me and ascertain what my service issues were, and committing to help resolve them. I received a phone call approximately an hour later from Ashley who had researched and found all the necessary warranty information I needed for the vehicle. Ashley found everything and emailed it to me directly. Now I can obtain the service I need for my vehicle. It’s not major but it’s info that I needed and Ashley took the time to obtain it all and convey it to me rapidly. This is the type of customer service that we all want but rarely ever receive. Keep this in mind the next time you need to deal with a Dealership. Remember Lexus of Carlsbad and Ashley Dorschel the Outstanding Service Manager.

Satisfied with their service for the most part. Slightly pricey, but very convenient with their awesome waiting lounge, and loaner car program.

I just purchased a Pre-Owned vehicle from Sean Roeder at Lexus Carlsbad, it was a 2012 Audi with 14,000+ miles on it with all the upgrades, it was a great experience. Excellent customer service, honesty and integrity.
