Our freightliner slid off the road the previous day and fell into a ditch, thus the driver's side window was cracked.

Our company is in California so this is the first time we had trouble in Carlisle. I got on yellow page and went down the list, calling each repair shop, I called at least 15 places in Carlisle before finding T&M. Some businesses said for me to call back, and once I did, they purposely ignored my call, others were pretty rude, but all of them said that they were booked until the next day or two.



T&M felt pity for me and went out of their way to research for me then helped arrange for a window repair, and in TWO HOURS the part was bought and window repaired.



I probably called the owner of T&M 10 times with questions and he was very very patient with me and our driver that has trouble with English.

The most important thing a business should have is great customer service. I make calls to repair shops ALL day, it’s in my job description! In my 7 years of making calls, T&M is 100% my TOP 5 repair shops.

This place is great. Clean and run well. Friendly crew in the garage and able to get right in repair after break down on interstate. Saved the day. Down side , office manager is rude and she is best avoided. Everyone else was very helpful

Highly recommend T&M Automotive to everyone who's been trying to find an honest, caring and professional garage. My family has been using this place for over 3 years now. Never been cheated or disappointed by Henry and his team. The fact that they take care of any make/model, be it domestic or import cars is very convenient for my family, b/c we have different vehicles. I had some problems with my truck and T & M was great dealing with them. They were fair, honest, and overall great in what they did to get my truck back on the road. They are a great place to get work done at a reasonable rate. They will take care of you and are very nice people

This is a great place to get automotive work done at a fair price. I was told that my timing belt was gone and that it was going to cost between 600 to 1500 to repair it. T&M looked at the car and found out it was not the timing belt but a key to the cam shaft causing the problem and fixed the car for a lot less then any other quote and I had the car back the very next day. I would use them again if and when I ever need anything done again. Thank You Very much T & M.

I thank him so much they are great!! I've been going to another garage in carlisle and they have been killing me with prices for years. I go to T & M and he fixed my car for way way way less than i thought. My mom goes there now and when my father inlaw was here and his car broke down I had him take it to t & m and he couldn't be happier and he works for a vw dealership. so thank you to T&M.

This is a great place to do business with. We were traveling to Florida, bringing our 1 Ton Dump Truck with us. It broke down. This is an older vehicle and parts are not easy to find. Hendrix and his company went well out of their way to find the correct part and install it. Their billing was more than fair, especially considering the circumstances. We are very very lucky we found them. Good work. Fair prices. Great honest people.

I've had some okay experiences at T & M Automotive, but this last experience is something people need to hear if they are considering this place. I recently just paid over a grand to get my car fixed and it took eight days. I had to get something fixed with my steering, come to find out later that they have put my life in danger. They did not tighten the bolts that connect my wishbone to the rest of my car frame...it was making a clicking noise (the only way I had known). I had my neighbor take a look at it and he is very good with cars and he said that they whole front end could have come undone while I was driving on the highway (keep in mind I drive an hour to work and an hour to class, one way). My car is also missing bolts in the head gasket area and some bolts are in the wrong place. They claim to have given me two new tires as well and the tire pressure is supposed to be at 35. They were 28, 28, 29, and 31. In my opinion T & M Automotive are lazy and not trustworthy. Even the small things that they "forget" to do can put anyone life in danger.

Being a woman, it's not easy to find a mechanical garage you can trust. My friend recommended me this place. Henrik and his staff are very friendly and professional. Henrik took his time to explain to me about my car's transmission problem. The repairs were done in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. This is one place where women are not treated like they are stupid by mechanics. I highly recommend this garage to all!

Bought vehical and took it 40 miles away to a one man specialistist shop.

Found fluid levels and two mechanical items that could not have been checked.

Very disappointed in their pre-sale auto check out.

Shop is very clean and very professionally appointed.
