I almost gave up on my car but Steve saved me money and got in done in a couple of days,now it drives like new.

On two separate occasions for car troubles and inspection they were quick, very friendly, and actually cost less then any previous garage's I had used in the past. They were straight with me about my options and answered my questions with no trouble. Stevens Repair felt very honest and professional.

This morning my well worn and much loved Explorer Sport Trac wouldn't start. What I hoped would be a minor battery issue, actually turned out to be a failed alternator. A local auto parts store recommended Steve's Repairs Unlimited.
Although I had never stepped foot in their business? I was treated like a long term valued customer. The owner made several calls in my presence to verify the correct part, and have it delivered that day. He explained in detail what was wrong, the cost of repair, and when it would be finished. I had my truck back later that same day. The price was exactly what he quoted.
I wasn't a customer this morning. But I will definitely be one from now on. From start to finish, the best experience I've ever had with a vehicle repair. I highly recommend this business!

Sorry to say I will never go back. My vehicle failed inspectiona and was told it would be $2500 to $3500 to fix to pass. I went to another garage just to see if they could find the same issues. I did not say anything to the inspector. He inspected my vehicle and there were a few oil leaks but nothing bad. It has almost 200,000 miles and no battery hold down. But everything else was great. I asked about the issues I was told it had. He checked again and said there were no issues. Nothing wrong at all. How can one master mechanic fail it and another one checks it and finds no problems? I even took it to a 3rd mechanic to have it checked and again no problems except the battery hold down and small oil leak. Dont seem right to me.

Mr Steve was kind and professional. He had my wife's van in and out of the shop quickly and efficiently, he even gave me some helpful information about it I didn't previously know. I will not hesitate to suggest or return to his shop.

I am always pleased with any of the services I get done. Steve, mike, and Adam are always great to deal with. These guys are well trained and certified. I can remember calling in the middle of February my work van wouldn't start Adam was able to come out and get the van running well enough to get to the shop. These guys keep my vehicles on the road and are appreciated greatly. You can certainly trust that they will take care of your vehicles too.

Steve's is the best repair shop in the area. He's always able to service my vehicle when it fits my schedule and always makes sure I'm happy with the service. My explorer was having problems starting from time to time, but after a few minutes I could get it to run. Finally when I was at work it wouldn't start at all so I called Steve's Repairs Unlimited and he drove out to where my car left me sit. We determined the problem was fuel pump related so I got my explorer towed into his shop and within 24 hours my explorer was done and on the road again. We need more shops like this that actually care about the customers and their car. I would recommend Steve's Repairs Unlimited to anyone looking for a local car repair shop.

Rip off! 70 bucks for oil change and they still want to charge for windshield washer fluid!!
