        Don't Go! I'm here to slam NT...

        Don't Go! I'm here to slam NTB on Central Ave and won't be minching words. I keep detailed records of my car repairs and after reviewing them I have determined that I will NEVER get my car serviced there again. I first took my car to NTB in Aug of 2010 to see if they could diagnose and fix the wobbling in the front wheels. After about 6 wheel balances and alignments the car was still wobbling. Within 30 days they replaced my outer tierods, master break cylinder, rear break pads, break power booster and I bought 2 new tires at their request to fix the problem. $2000 later the wobbling was still present. Not only that, they open at 7am on Saturdays but if you need wheel balance or alignment work, you had to set FOR 2 HOURS until the balance and alignment guy showed up. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Don't waste your time with NTB on Central Ave. You'll also find that management turnover is very frequent.
