Endless Summer Tan

I purchased a package of 10 bullet tans(99$ value) summer 2017. I went in March 2018, staff said I had 1 tan remaining. I thought I had 3 tans remaining, and the girl went through my history and counted 7 times I had come in which would have left me with 3 more tanning sessions. She apologized and I tanned that day. The young lady said she would have manager update my account since she verified that I had only used 8 of the 10 tanning sessions. After tanning that day, I would have 2 remaining tans on my account. (20$ value).
The computer also showed I had one spray tan remaining and that spray tan had been purchased in February 2018, and was valid through February 2019. I explained that I had actually purchased two spray tans in August 2017 and I used one at the time of purchase. So the staff member apologized and stated it may be a computer glitch, staff said a manager would contact me within a few days to resolve.
I left that day with the assurance that the spray tan (25$ value) would expire Feb 2019 and 2 remaining bullet tans (20$ value) would be fixed.
I called today because I never recieved a response from March. The manager I spoke with today insisted the employee who assisted me in March was new and had given me false information. She asked me to come in and purchase another 100$ package of 10 bullet tans, but could not explain the inconsistencies in my account. I stated that I would like to buy another package but I needed assurance that I would be allowed to use the tans I purchased. The manager then claimed all my purchases expired prior to my visit in March. I offered to bring in my purchase reciept to prove the date of purchase, manager stated she was too busy and that I had used all services paid for and that her employee misunderstood and accidentally gave me a free bullet in March.
She proceeded to tell me that every customer who tans is required to verify date of birth before tanning. In 4 years, not one employee has asked my birthdate before tanning.
Again she stated she would love for me to purchase more tans, but she couldn't provide any accountability for the remaining balance of 45$ missing from my account.
This business was the best in Cape and great beds, but lying management is a dealbreaker for me. Buyer Beware!!!!

I have tried several times to reach these ppl by phn and by fb mess thier answering machine is full and on fb they say they are open on weekends bt on YP they say they are closed on weekends I am a full time mother and SEMO student I wud appreciate a lil courtesy of a return email or something because I am not wasting my gas to drive way on the other side of toqn to a closed building
