Uncle Bob's Big Dog BBQ

I loved this company! Thank you so much Bob and Patricia for making my party so woonderful! Ok people, I was nervous at first after finding this compay's ad on craigslist, but they were so attentive in making sure my mind was at ease by staying in contact leading up to my party, and gave me a nice and clear written contract in advance. They sent me pictures of food and other parties, and helped take a load off of me by handling all of the music and food. Now about the food. I can now see the difference between somone who really cares about their product, and restaurant catered food. Uncle Bob texted me a picture of him starting the fire at 5am, and updated me with pictures all day as his food was being handled to perfection. I was drooling all day! I wanted a few things for my birthday party, and 2 of them were good dance music, and bar-b-que. I am from the south, and knoow good bar-b-que. His ribs and chicken were the 2 best versions I have ever had in my long and picky life. My guests said the same. His pulled pork was amazing too, but I just can't forget those darned ribs! The music. He played great music while everyone was eating, and then got everybody dancing all night after that. The owner's wiife helped set up the food, and helped my guests during the evening, and she was very sweet and very, very kind. She even helped with things they werent paid to do. Its not very often where your expectations are low to medium, and end up being blown away. I called around and had quotes that were $300--$400 higher for the same amount of food. In the end I paid $800 for 70 guests, and that included ribs, chicken, pork, beans (ooh Lord, almost forgot his beans. I think my guests licked the tray clean!) potato salad, corn bread, and 5 hours of music. Not sure if he gave me a special price, so check for yourself, but in the end it was as if I got a DJ and music for free, and still saved money on the food. 5 stars from me!

Great barbeque. Just awesome. I liked their food better than Sonny's, Famous Dave's, and Michelbob's.

Price was the best quote I got. Music was good. Food was delicious (I have tasted 'que from all over the country, and they nailed it). Service was excellent.

They were EXCELLENT! Everything we had hoped for, they delivered. A lot of my guests thought their food was the best barbeque they had ever had, and I agree. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. I called around for other quotes, and they were cheaper and provided music too. THAT was a bonus. They basically brought some big speakers and spread them around my back yard. I have 4 acres, and they were able to make it where all of my guests could listen to the music from anywhere. They played requests too which was nice. But the food alone would have been worth the price. I have no hesitation in recommending them. And the cook's wife was very sweet and handled all of the dishes and cleaned up when they were done. 2 thumbs up.
