        Overall

        The short heavy brunette girl at the front desk was beyond hideously RUDE and arrogant! When I mildly complained about their policy about not taking credit cards over the phone OR online, she told me to GO ELSEWHERE! Seriously? Then major profanity was unleashed on me including the F word. On top of that the lobby/front desk smells DISGUSTING!
