I visited this store yesterday looking for some good looking sneakers for a kick back with some friends that evening. They have amazing variety. Their walls are completely full of shoes every color, brand, and style. The store had maybe 8-10 customers at the time but the two employees on duty made me feel like I was the only one in the store. They were friendly, attentive, and very quick with their service. As I was trying on some Polos, I noticed a customer approached one of the employees and start cussing at him. I wasn't able to hear what the fuss was about, but the employee handled it very professionally. He remained calm, offered the customer his apologies and even a discount, but in the end, I don't think he was satisfied. After the trouble customer left, I asked to speak to the manager. Ray let me know that the manager was off, but that he'd be happy to help me out in any way. I shook his hand and commended him on his composure and the way he was ruining the store. I'll definitely spread the word about this place to all my friends and will be purchasing all my shoes here from now on. They've got great selection, great prices, and amazing employees!
