LongBranch Hotel

The owner took my money did not refund as I was told he would had a death in my family and he says I never give a refund under any reason. I am working with Visa and my bank I will get this resolved I never stayed one night and canceled in plenty of time . He is not a business man just a bad con man.

I REGRET the canton stay or maybe it was just the choice we made in the hotel we stayed at ...

I felt like we stepped into the past with the appearance of our room old and run down and smelled like a ashtray from the moment we walked in.

We were booked for 4 nights and left after the first night , my allergies were working overtime after one night.

After being talked to very rudely by the owner for complaining about the smell and filthy appearance of our room .

We moved to a different hotel , and doubt we would ever return to the Longbranch Hotel in Canton Tx.

We shopped Canton had the best time bought all we could stuff in our SUV and went on home.



The Longbranch Hotel is so home like we loved the western theme Hotel and all the fun place to shop near by. We will go again and stay in the Longbranch our favorite room The saloon girls it over looks the markets and we loved sitting outside and watching all the people & we even took a helicopter ride wow what fun you see it all but the best location is he Longbranch Hotel on 1st Monday Grounds.

Shopping in Canton is so much fun with all the bargains and great food we go 2 or 3 times a year also I have stayed in alot of the Hotels and B&B's. All are good but my favorite is Longbranch Hotel because of the location and the free parking.

Food in the Longbranch cafe is so good and fresh really a nice place .Canton is a dry county and we brought our own recipes from home. Next door is a real Texas Winery and that was nice but only wine and food .

Staying in Canton the Longbranch was a great choice because you can walk to shopping and leave your car parked at your Hotel door. (In Canton parking is $4.00 in or out so that's a great thing.) Up on the Mountain there are lots of shops and a train will take you to the top of the Mountain and then you just walk your way down , also they have golf cart taxis that are decorated really wild. If you can't do all that walking you can rent a scooter for $50.00 a day and that is great because even a person in shape will wear out in Canton shopping.

Canton has grown so much it will take a person 4 days to see all the Arbors and the many places to shop in Canton this place is huge and if you have ever been to Vegas and walked you really need you ball shoes here.

Our stay in Canton was the best because we booked inadvance took our time and stayed 3 days. The only way to go is to stay on the grounds where the Longbranch Hotel is we liked being right on the site.
