Brann Williams Caldwell Blaney

This firm handled my late fathers estate. Attorneys Gerald W. Brann, Matthew W. Brann and Richard D. Sheetz. Matthew W Brann disagreed with my fathers last wishes (last will and testament) and effectively cut me out of the will. Matthew Brann then illegally deeded my rightful inheritance, a 50 acre farm to the co-executors. The co-executors then used the illegal deed to sign a gas and oil lease profiting $150,000.00. Matthew W. Brann is now a Judge. This should make it much easier for him to get away with this type of illegal activity.
