Van's Camera

i found out a week ago that they do not have a repair technician, that they do not do their own framing and they sent a majority of their film conversions out. manager is rude, abrasive and condescending. they are in the dark ages with no refund-exchange only; they do not carry any full line and sell old stock. the "lowest price" is MAP pricing so it will be the same as anywhere else.

I wouldn't shop at Vans Camera if it was the LAST camera store on earth. Keith is one of the rudest store managers I've ever dealt with. Campus Camera and Dodd gets my business. Worth the drive to save myself the aggravation. This place doesn't even deserve one star.

I think he actually TRIED to be a smart-alec since I saw him snickering when I turned back around after taking my business out the door. Twice now I was treated very poorly. Won't happen again!

I will never go back here!! I went into the strore seeking help with my new camera. I walked in the door and i was the only customer in there! no one asked if i needed help! i proceeded to ask my questions to one of the three employees and she was considerably rude. i do NOT suggest this place! thanks vans, thanks for nothing!! they dont even deserve one star!

I bought a camera at vans camera. the staff was very helpful. I love my photos. Vans framed one of my photos for me, I also had a vhs tape transferred to dvd . Vans did a great job.
