This man, the owner Rodney goes above and beyond to care for his customers in a way that is OUTSTANDING, always efficient, friendly, professional, courteous,and great rates, I could not believe his polite and caring attitude. He even helps people in and out of their homes if needed. He cares enough to even check on his customers, making sure they are safe and taken care of. He even called to check on me when I was late returning home and changed my departure time. What a gentleman. I will not ever call anyone else. He is one of a kind, and safe!!

GREAT service...Rodney got us to the Aerosmith Concert and was there to pick us up when & where we asked him to...he's an awesome guy, and his rates are reasonable...I will use his service if I'm ever in Canton and again, and highly recommend him to anyone needed taxi services while in Canton!!!

Scheduled a pick up 2 days in advance from the airport to my home. Weather was absolutely horrible when I arrived. I received a quick and prompt text message when the driver will be on his way and he was quick to pick me up due to the circumstances. Rodney himself picked me up and his driving was absolutely the best. Made sure to tip him good for being quick to respond and taking me home as quick as possible. Definitely a taxi service I will use again.

Incredible. I needed a ride home from work and immediately found out about this service through Yellow Pages. I used the phone app and was instantly in contact with the driver (literally, within minutes). When my shift for the day was over, the driver was outside waiting for me. The response time is, without a doubt, phenomenal and the pricing is perfect. I've never really used taxi services before but I will most definitely be using them again if I need to. United Taxi Service stepped up when I was stranded in Akron due to weather and I needed to be in Cleveland. I contact them late in the evening and they met me at the airport when my diverted flight landed and hustled me to Cleveland quickly. Highly recommend, they were effective and friendly. Thanks all!

1. I called, within 3 rings I had someone on the phone.

2. When I had that person on the phone I could clearly understand the person I was speaking to, and they were able to get me hooked up with a ride from my home to work within 15 minutes.

3. The ride itself was exceedingly pleasant and worth the little bit of money I paid.

4. I have and will continue to recommend services from this company for personal and business persons both.
