Red Carpet Car Wash

I visited this place for convenience on 3/15/2018 and got the $13 exterior wash. My driver side mirror was torn apart during the wash but the manager watched the video and saw it was related to the equipment and not previous damage. He offered to replace the one part that had a broken clip and to have the painted part repainted.

Attendants were available as soon as I pulled in..seemed to listen to my requests but when my car was done floor boards looked as though they were never vacuumed. cup holders never washed and rear floor mats never washed. very disappointed. for attendants drying the car never even looked my way... ALL of them walked away...went on to the next car. I was there around 100pm on a Wednesday. only one other in the parking lot. For a $20 wash and interior cleaning would not recommend.

I think they do a very good job. I love the monthly plan. It's a terrific savings for keeping my new car new looking.

I wouldn't recommend Red Carpet at all. The towel dryers must have had some stones or debris in the towels they were using, because they scratched my truck up pretty good. They have also knocked the rear defogger part off my friend's back window twice. I don't know why we went back! We have definately learned our lesson the hard way!
