I have been using Norman Eckinger Inc. in the past 18-years that I have worked for Mercy Medical Center. In that time, Norman Eckinger Inc. has done an excellent job for the Medical Center. Not just in the quality workmanship that they provide, but in all aspects related to a project. Norman Eckinger Inc. provides complete coordination of a project including estimating and scheduling services, coordination of all subcontractors, project phasing and relocation of occupants, coordination of utility disruptions, and assisting the Medical Center with all of our needs. Having an in-house cabinetry shop also makes coordination of casework much easier. All in all, it has been a pleasuring having Norman Eckinger Inc. working for us.

The Garage Owner Association (GOA) Fees will be approximately $150 per month and based on the following: a) exterior common area lighting costs and maintenance, b) lawn maintenance/snow removal, c) building insurance, d) accounting & invoicing. e) A reserve fund which will be 20% of the GOA actual costs. The reserve fund will help to assure that when itâ€™s time for you to sell or gift your condo there is a fund in place to support the property.
