Carpet Restorations Plus

Had Carpet Restorations Plus come into my home to clean my carpets. Carpets looked great while they were wet, however once they were dry the same spots were still on the carpet! They SUCK DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! I rented a cleaner from the drug store and did a better job myself back in the spring! And when I talked to the manager he said there was nothing he could do for me unless I wanted to spend even more money than I already paid them! NICE! So if you are thinking of getting your carpets clean, don't use this company!

I recently used them to clean my air ducts and have two carpets cleaned. The rug didn't even look any better than before they cleaned it. They broke two of the air vent covers and left fingerprints over all of them when they put then others back on. Now if the "clean up after yourself" wasn't bad enough, the two young stoners didn't even screw all the screws back in. I had to basically go back over the work that they didn't do properly.



TOTALLY UNSATISFIED!!! TOTALLY A RIP OFF FOR THE $600 IN WORK I PAID FOR. I have a very large ranch home and I might as well just done the work myself rather than call this unprofessional so-call company.



Even if you have a coupon, use someone else or you'll be sorry!!!

I would never recommend this company. I called for a special advertised in a coupon book and scheduled for that basic service - $29.99. The technician came into my home and started rattling off this, that, and the other for a total service charge of $150! I then told him that I wasn't comfortable paying that amount and that all I really wanted was the special that I scheduled. He then couls only get the price down to $75. He supposedly "cleaned" the carpets, but did NOT move the furniture nor did it look any better than it did before I called.



I then contacted the company asking for a full or partial refund and they wanted to send the tech back! Unbelievable! I said I just wanted a refund and I was told by the receptionist that she would speak to the owner then get back to me. That was nearly two months ago and I have yet to hear back.



Do NOT use this service. Terrible cons! Oh, and the "tech" showed up at my house in an unmarked, old, rusted truck. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!
