The city s street and sanitation department has formed a partnership called Operation Clean Team that picks up anything the residents put out to curb the hazardous and dangerous items.         Had to give them one star, there is not an option of zero stars. This department is a perfect example of a complete monopoly. They are the laziest “company/department) I know. They are rude in their driving and don’t actually have to do their jobs. Followed by many excuses in the office. You will pay them regardless of the lack of services given. What a joke.... stay a monopoly, you would never make it in the free enterprise world. Maybe worth a class action suit.
