Snappy Lube

I took my Jeep in today for an oil change and brake job. I was VERY impressed with the technicians and service. Very professional and helpful. The manager was honest and I did not feel pressured to have extra work done. Everyone was wonderful and went above and beyond....even took it for a car wash. Thanks guys!! I will definitely be back!!

This place is ridiculous! Some chunky red headed guy kept trying to sweet talk me into buying wipers and such.. then an even chunkier lady (wife I guess) came barging out from the office and made a huge scene in front of every one. I have never been so embarrassed. Well not visit another Snappy Lube as long as I live!

Absolutely horrible, Avoid this place! The most unprofessional staff I've ever dealt with! I was very, very unsatisfied!

This is a horrible store, I am taking them to court. The so called manager "Jamie" is rude, nasty. This is a horrible store. Stay away. I am done with Snappy Lube. Horrible, I am 62 years old, he talked to me like I was an animal. I am taking him to court. STAY away from this place. Very very UNHAPPY A district manager just contacted me, and will give me my money back. And I just found out the so-called manager (originally told me his name was Mike) well he lied, it's Jamie. I appreciate the district manager on refunding my money

Here's a review for you... You have an employee who has been harassing my daughter and son to the point where your employee texted my son to come to your shop. So not only do you have a parking lot full of police, you have an employee who started it. Bad for your biz!!!

I went to Snappy lube to have my oil changed, I told the guy I wanted 5/30 synthetic oil. after being there 45 minutes and i was the only customer, I was approached by a fellow that said my air filter was bad, my transmission fluid was burnt and my rear end fluid was burnt up and it would be over 200.00 to fix it all, i persisted to tell him that i only wanted 5/30 synhetic oil and a oil change, 30 minutes later I was done, they did not put synthetic oil in my truck as i had requested, I took the truck to the dealership the next day to discuss the issues with the transmission and rear end fluid in which i was told they both look great.

these guys are crooks and i will not be back
