Have purchased at least ten appliances from Tony over the years, have had many service calls (mostly warranty calls on this new Frigidaire refrigerator!). Prompt, helpful, courteous, has gone to bat for me with Frigidaire/Electrolux on the fridge design problem issues over and over. Responsive, answers his cell phone when I call. Couldn't ask for better.

Great quality with hometown convenience. Can select from in-store or have ordered model within days. Can-do attitude, with go-the-extra-mile, no-problem service. Provides service visits as well, and you won't find better quality for the price, especially when delivery and setup are included with most prices (the big guys add it on extra). Seek this place out BEFORE you shop out of town, and then take all the extra bonuses into consideration before you buy "cheaper" just based on a price-tag. You get what you pay for, and this one is QUALITY!
