        Overall

        Needed my vehicle aligned, tried to make an appointment. Was told appointments were not possible. OK, called on the day I wanted the service to be performed as instructed and was told to "come on".



        Arrived and technician had gone home, supplies weren't available for my vehicle, in short, service could not be performed.



        Discussed options with supervisor, realized they were not at all interested in rectifying their mistake. Told them I wouldn't be back and received a casual shrug and a mental middle finger.



        If they treat everyone like they treated me, they won't be around for long, and their end will be deserved.

        They staff at this location was fantastic! Dave and Scott at the counter took great care with my vehicle and saved me a ton of money on my tires with the low tire price guarantee!! My pocketbook and I are gratefull we shopped here!
