Dr Shroat I found to be very RUDE and abrasive. I called the office once arrived and realized I had the wrong date scheduled. I did take responsibility for this, and called right when I got there and noticed the human error of scheduling. They had no empathy at all for the miscommunication and no sense of urgency to keep me as the customer happy and coming back. When I went in personally to review with Dr Shroat what happened, he essentially said "I will not waive the $60 no show fee...pay it or I will take you to collections." I was shocked and have never dealt with someone so harsh (who i'm paying every session) and couldn't believe he wouldn't even consider waiving a no show fee in replace of keeping me as a long term customer (which he would end up making way more than $60 on). It's not the money at all, it's the sheer principle. Wouldn't you try to at least have a discussion with your customer? I will NEVER go back and will make sure to not recommend him to anyone I know.
