        Unsafe practices

        Paid for a wheel alignment went to get oil change and they said my sway bar was broke. Come to find out wheel alignmet was never done. They even called said rears need to be aligned. My brother in law bought tri s that were never aligned. Be careful when you go here. There dishonest. When they did do alignment it need couple thousands in n repair scarey isnt it.

        I went in for a wheel alignment and they said $1600 to fix the front end before the alignment. They said everything was loose and looked like original parts. I just replaced everything myself, three months earlier. I went to Ford dealer and had the alignment done for $59. Everything was fine, he said.

        They scratched my sons car and...

        They scratched my sons car and when I went back in to talk to the manager he refused to see me. The counter person went and talked to him and he came out and said "he said we did not do and if you dont like it call the police" The rest of the employees laughed. I could not believe it. I told them I would never come back to this store. They were so rude and disrespectful. I will tell everyone I know to never go here. They also charged us $10 for gas??? The car had a full tank.
