We just used Lusk to build our pool on very challenging terrain. The team was fantastic in making our dream pool a reality. Doug and his whole team talented pool builders did an amazing job. Any concerns during the build were promptly addressed and resolved and the after care has been wonderful as well. If you are considering a new pool, you absolutely should use Lusk. They have been in business for over 30 years, and that gave us peace of mind that we would not be left high and dry with a half- built pool like we had heard from others.

We spent a lot of money on a pool rehab, so we know these guys. The job wasn't great for the almost 20K was spent ( the concrete has cracked, the drainage was not put in with PVC plumbing parts that had beed promised and delays, delays, delays) but we are loyal and have stuck with them. But the service after has been terrible. Parts not coming in on time, and worse -the staff is rude and volatile. It has gotten worse, with today being the last straw for me. Do not do business with these guys. They overcharge, don't communicate and are rude. I don't remember being treated as rudely by store staff EVER.

The staff is absolutely horrible. Customer Service Skills are far less than average. Politeness is not even existant.
