"Thanks to a misdirected tree root outside the foundation of our home, rain water was able to leak into our basement, warping our hardwoods beyond belief. Hanley Restoration rescued us – knowing everything that needed to be done, providing responsive and straightforward communications, and employing trustworthy and friendly workers. Our project was a substantial one -- the floor was ripped out, drywall removed, furnishings relocated, etc. The entire job was handled professionally and as neatly as humanly possible – they truly provided “turn key” service from start to finish. We have continued to use Hanley for other projects thanks to the excellent service, and we are delighted that despite heavy rains in recent months, our basement is dry as a bone!"

"On a spring evening in 2008, tornadoes moved through the South Cherokee, Northeast Cobb area and did extensive damage. One dropped a very large oak tree into my house. My insurance agent suggested that I contact Hanley’s Restoration for assistance with the repairs. Hanley’s was on-site early the morning after the storm and quickly worked so that the tree was removed the same day, wet carpeting, ceiling and walls were removed and blowers in place to dry the interior of our living area and our basement. We needed a new roof, ceiling and floor repairs, carpet replacement, siding and gutter replacement and painting. The team from Hanley’s was very detailed in their attention to our repairs and they were done expertly – all being completed in about 2 weeks. They even walked us through the paperwork that we needed to do with our insurance and mortgage companies, making those tasks much easier. I was so impressed with their team, attention to detail, and quality of their work that, when I decided to remodel my kitchen this year, I did not hesitate to call them. I was greatly impressed by their willingness to explain different types of materials and to help us with a few tricky design items. Their workers were always on-time, took care with our work, and left our home clean at the end of each day. I would not hesitate to recommend Hanley’s to anyone who needs repairs and restorations, or who wants help with remodeling projects."
