Roy's Family Pools

I'm embarrassed to say I have sent friends and family here.. Brian knows nothing about running a business he will take your money and never respond to emails phone calls, etc. If I could have given 0 stars for everything I would have. Please don't waste your money on this "business" there are better ones out there. Do your research the BBB page has some of the most insightful reviews about this place if only I had read them first.

We shopped around alot before buying our pool from Roy's. Our friends recommended them and they were right. Very friendly and helpful and we saved $1000.00 on the same exact pool we had seen at another store. Since then we've had great service.

They were supposed to replace a solar heating panel on my cabana roof & close pool. Went to their winter home without calling me. Very unreliable. Don't even deserve 1 star rating.
