South Hills Honda

I took my car to south hills honda for the first time for an oil change and inspection. While it was there the technician in the bay working next to my car threw an oil filter which hit and dented my car!!! I had to take my car back to S.H.H. again for them to remove the dent in the fender. They removed the dent however the chipped and scratch the paint! Which then I had to take my car back again for them to repair that!! All of this because someone was lazy and tossed and oil filter and dented my car! NEVER going back there! They acted as though they were doing my a favor the whole time when they're the ones that damaged my car in the first place!!

I went through the Internet manager his name was Jim Gracey. He was straight forward with the price and the process. There also was a young man who helped Jim with the process his name was TJ Stipanovich. For being such a young man he knew exactly what was going on and every feature of the vehicle. If you are looking for a vehicle I suggest asking for Jim or TJ. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

My son totaled his car in an accident last month, and I was nervous about finding him a new one. I've had poor experiences buying used cars in the past, and we could not afford to get him a new one. Well, I was proved wrong when we went to South Hills Honda. Ted was great from the moment we first shook his hand. He showed us many different vehicles that were in our price range and did not try and persuade us into buying something that cost more than we could afford. In the end, we purchased a 2006 Accord, which was in perfect condition. Ted made this so easy and was great at dealing with my son, who was not happy to be shopping for cars. I'm thrilled we had such a positive experience at this dealership.

The employees at South Hills Honda treat you as if you're a part of their family. If I learned anything while buying 2 cars from them it's that they really value their customers. They're never pushy or evasive, and they'll spend as much time with you as you need so you can make the right decision. Keep up the good work, ladies and gents!!!

I'm a recent widow, and I was very nervous about buying a car until I visited South Hills Honda. My salesman, Lou, was beyond wonderful, very accommodating and patient. He did everything he could to make me feel comfortable and gave me a thorough overview of my car's features. I felt so at home here, and I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good car buying experience.

For several months, I was putting off buying a new car because I was afraid to visit a dealership. As a single woman, I’ve had many poor experiences buying cars. Well, I finally went to South Hills Honda because I had my eye on a new Fit. All I can say is wow! This experience was FAR better than I’d imagined it would be, and I was actually treated with respect. No one tried to trick me into paying for additional features that I didn’t want or need. I love my new car, and I know I will use this dealer again :)

I’ve always had good experiences with South Hills Honda’s service department. I’ve driven Hondas since the 1980’s, and these people can fix them better than any other mechanic I’ve used. They don’t overcharge you or try to make you pay for service you don’t need. They’re the best!

As buying a car goes, I can truly say that South Hills made my day! Usually you haggle for hours at a car dealer, but not here. Instead it was a friendly atmosphere, and I left feeling great about what I have to pay a month. Thanks guys for making my experience a positive one!

Purchased a 2007 Highlander in June through an internet salesperson. Due to excellent selection and very competitive price, the 1 hr drive to the dealership and another 1 hr drive back home was worth it. The entire inventory was online to browse and to choose from. Paperwork was straight forward with no pressure to purchase any add-ons. Highly recommend the dealership and the internet sales department.

I don’t like car dealers, or almost anyone selling anything. However, I had a great purchase experience with South Hills Honda. My sales person was knowledgeable, very up front and straightforward. He actually made the buying experience fun! Their finance department went the extra mile to address all my questions and concerns; and trust me there were many!! Im glad to have found such an amazing dealership and I will not hesitate to go back there to purchase another vehicle. Talk about a good impression.

South Hills Honda came highly recommended to me through an associate at work. Personally, I have always liked Hondas. The salesman, Ted Marsh was great to work with as he could answer all my questions, was very kind and patient. This dealership is the best dealership around, and I would recommend it to everyone. The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. When we arrived to look over the vehicles on the lot, we were not hounded by a salesman. They let us look around. When we had questions about the vehicles, they were eager to help. My wife and I never felt pressured. We were also offered a fair price on our trade in. The dealership negotiated the price of the new vehicle and trade in separate. We knew exactly what we were getting for the trade in and what were paying for the new vehicle. The whole process was painless and the vehicles are top notch. I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else.

This is the first time I have ever posted a review about something. I felt as though South Hills Honda deserves to be recognized for their outstanding service. This was by Far my best and fastest car buying experience. My first email exchange with South Hills Honda gave me the best price, beating all other dealers by a mile. We were so overly pleased with Ron Paree and his professionalism. We were shown exactly what we wanted and given a very reasonable price. I am very leery of pushy salespeople, but Ron never crossed that line. He was upfront, honest and extremely informative. He answered questions about the car we didn't even think about, but yet were so important. I have already referred one friend to South Hills Honda and would happily refer more. Our car buying experience was very easy and we thank Ron for a job well done!
