Fired Up Pottery Studio

I've been going to this place for a couple years and I always have a great experience here. You get to choose any ceramic piece they have in the store (there's usually plates, mugs, figurines, teapots, etc.) and then you pick out the colors you want to paint your pieces. It's inexpensive and fun. The lady who owns it is very kind and helpful. Oh, and after you're done painting, they'll fire it for you and then you can pick it up a week later. =)
